Travis and his crew gave me World class service on replacing a sewer line and installing a tankless water heater. They were prompt and extremely fair. Austin and Gus came in and knocked it out of the park. They cleaned up and made sure everything was better than it was before they left. Before leaving they even put my trash cans up. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

They got me scheduled quick, talked about possible fixes and estimated costs for each and then made a suggestion on which to use and it wasn’t the highest price fix. They did great work, were very professional and made it very easy.

Victory Plumbing came out to drain our hot water heater and found that we had a regulator going bad which produced low water pressure. I told them we had a policy on our lines and Jeff said we should check with our policy to see if it would cover to fix it. It did and saved us close to $700. Unfortunately, Victory was not on their list to use, but we will definitely use Victory for any other issues that pop up. Thank you

Jeff and Paul came on time to give an estimate on a new gas line. I approved, and they did the work right then!I mentioned the poor water pressure here, so Paul checked it, and Jeff explained the process and pricing. That's next, and I'm happy to say I'll be pleased to have them back to do that job.They were pleasant, very efficient, and reasonable, and are my new plumbers!! What a great day!

Top notch service completed on time and within budget.
Jeff and Eric arrived on time for an appointment last week to investigate two plumbing issues. They quickly discovered the issue and explained the needed repairs. We scheduled a follow up and again, they arrived on time, completed the work, fixed another faucet AND installed a tankless water heater! Both men were professional and polite and took their time to make sure I understood everything because I am not plumbing proficient by any means. I will never consider any other company! I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Eric and of course Travis. HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

This is my second time using Victory Plumbing. Last week, Eric and Jeff arrived to look at a bathroom sink. The hot water just would not turn all the way off, a slow stream of water. The explained the issue and checked a few more things. Found the issue (a broken water pressure regulator) and explained why it was causing the issue. Today they returned to replace the regulator, replace my water heater with a tankless one!! and also fixed my kitchen faucet! I was impressed the first time I used them, but now, I'm even more impressed. They were very polite, explained everything in a way that I understood it. I have had many plumbing issues and as many plumbing companies and I will never use anyone else. I've recommended them to everyone. Also, didn't hurt they filled out the paperwork for a rebate!Truly a wonderful experience and I'm fortunate to have found these men.

Victory Plumbing did a perfect job replacing our water heater. Travis clearly explained our options of traditional water heater or tankless. He stated the benefits and costs of each. He helped us complete the paperwork for a rebate before he left. The whole process took less than one day and they took away all the trash and the old tank. They even took time to install foam insulation to prevent freezing. We highly recommend Victory Plumbing!

Jeff and Eric came to our house and changed a wax ring and installed a kitchen faucet for us. They were professional and friendly and were done in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend them and Victory for your plumbing needs. It took a few days to get into their schedule, but it wasn’t an emergency and was well worth the wait. After they were done, Jeff was cleaning the water off of the kitchen bar. I told him I would take care of that and he said it is their policy to clean up their mess. Professional and courteous.

Busted pipes January 2024 from snow storm and they came out, educated us on what and how it happened, quickly replaced the pipe and answered all of our questions. Travis was a real pro!So, I called when I needed a plumber again. He sent Jeff and Eric to install a Rinnai tankless water heater on 12/12/23. They were fast, professional, and timely!

Martin came on 11/10/23 for a plumbing issue for the master bath toilet. He did a great job explaining the issue and fixed the toilet in a short time and got it working again. I appreciate him taking the time to explain the issue and for being professional.
