Our Background
Victory Plumbing is the fastest growing, new-age plumbing company in Arkansas. Although the company opened it’s doors a relatively short time ago, the Victory family has been ‘defeating the problem’ for over half a century.
Owner Travis Victory is carrying on the family legacy with more than 60 years of customer service and crawling underneath homes, along with 20 years of plumbing knowledge and experience. The legacy began with Travis’s grandfather, ‘Papa’ Charles Victory, who started a termite & pest control company back in 1956. Travis started crawling underneath homes alongside his dad and Papa in the heart of the Natural State since, well… since he could crawl.
While a pest control & extermination career was an option, once Travis found a love and passion for plumbing at the ripe age of 17 he never looked back. As fate would have it, on his 35th birthday, Travis figured out that the same business ownership shoes worn by his Papa still fit. With starting his own plumbing company, he knew which pieces of the family tradition he wanted to keep.
Today Victory Plumbing encompasses the perfect balance of “old school” principals and customer service mentalities with “new school” training, technology and marketing. Despite those changes of time, the core building blocks will always remain the same: exceptional quality, impeccable customer service, and fair prices for homes and businesses throughout Central Arkansas.
Papa Charles would be proud to know that with Travis the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Just like his grandfather, Travis’s greatest purpose in the service industry, as well as in life, is to help others and provide solutions to fix their problems.
