Our Background
Victory Plumbing is the fastest growing, new-age plumbing company in Arkansas. Although the company opened it’s doors a short time ago, the Victory family has been defeating the problem for over half a century. Our owner, Travis, is carrying on the family legacy with more than 60 years of customer service and crawling underneath homes, along with 20 years of plumbing knowledge and experience. It all began with his Grandfather, Charles Victory, who started a termite & pest control company back in 1956. He’d be proud to know that the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. When Travis decided to start his own plumbing company, he knew which pieces of the family tradition he wanted to keep. Victory Plumbing boasts the perfect balance of “old school” principals and customer service mentalities with “new school” training, technology and marketing. Despite the changes, the core building blocks will always remain the same: exceptional quality, impeccable customer service, and fair prices for homes and businesses throughout Central Arkansas.
Travis started crawling underneath homes alongside his dad and Papa in the heart of the Natural State since, well… since he could crawl. Even though exterminating wasn’t the right career choice for him, he found a love and passion for plumbing at the ripe age of 17 and never looked back. As fate would have it, on his 35th birthday, Travis figured out the same shoe worn by his Papa for business ownership still fit. Just like his grandfather, his greatest purpose in the service industry, as well as in life, is to help others and provide solutions to fix their problems.
