Simple service is billed by the hour. Big jobs are priced per job, with a free estimate.
Residential plumbing questions
Do you offer same-day service?
We don't promise same-day service. We work Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., never after hours or on weekends. Call during those hours and a real person picks up and puts you on the schedule.
Do you guarantee your work?
On four jobs, yes. A whole-house repipe, a whole-house gas repipe, a sewer line replacement, and a water service line replacement each carry a 5-year warranty, and it covers all labor and material. Other work isn't under that warranty, so ask us about coverage when we price your job.
Are your plumbers licensed?
Yes. Every Victory tech is state licensed, and the company is insured. Our master plumber license is MP #6781.
Will I know the price before the work starts?
Yes. On the phone we can give you a ballpark, and once we've looked at the problem you get the real number before any work begins. Sewer line replacements, water line replacements, water repipes, and reroutes count as big jobs, so their estimates are free.
Do you offer a membership or maintenance plan?
No. Victory doesn't sell memberships or maintenance plans. You call when something needs fixing, and we take it from there.
