This page explains what this website collects, what we do with it, and who helps us run it.

What you send us through the form
The form on our Contact page asks for your name, phone number, email and message. Email and message are optional.
It also notes the date and time, and the link that brought you to our site if there was one, such as our Google listing.
Your message goes to a private Google Sheet and arrives as an email alert. The form doesn't add you to any mailing list.
How we use it
We'll use your details only to reply to you.
We don't sell what you send us. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers on this page.
Our office and the team that runs this website for us can see form messages. The website team uses that access to make sure the form keeps working.
Who helps us run the site
Service providers host this website and deliver form messages for us. We use them only to run the site and the form.
Like most websites, ours keeps basic technical records, such as your IP address and browser type, to run the site and keep it secure.
The whole site uses a secure connection. Still, no website can promise perfect security.
Booking online
Our Request Service button opens Housecall Pro, the scheduling service we use.
What you enter there goes to Housecall Pro and to us, and Housecall Pro handles it under its own privacy policy. We use your booking to schedule and do your job.
Maps
The maps on this site come from Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and ads
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use, so we can make the site better.
We also use Google Ads tags and the Meta pixel (Meta runs Facebook and Instagram). They tell us when a visit to our site leads to a call, and they let Google and Meta show our ads to people who have visited it.
These tools collect the pages you visit, the buttons you tap (such as Call or Request Service), and basic details about your device and browser. They use cookies, small files your browser keeps, to tell one visit from another.
What we see are totals, such as how many people read a page or tapped Call, not your name. Google and Meta handle what they collect under their own privacy policies.
You can block cookies in your browser settings. You can also turn off personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings, turn off Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and change your ad preferences on Facebook.

How long we keep it
We keep form messages only as long as we need them to follow up on your request.
