The workers were very polite and checked their work to make sure it was correct. They clean the area up and left the area clean and orderly. Will definitely use Victory plumbing again.

Travis came out promptly and was honest about what was needed. He could have done an unnecessary replacement of my garbage disposal , but instead showed me a simple fix. It’s working great. Definitely recommend Victory Plumbing.

Eric and Mason were awesome! My bathtub faucet decided to completely detach from the rest of the tub which was diabolical. They not only repaired the faucet but also replaced the leaky shower head and installed a brand new sink faucet. They did an amazing job. My bathtub is completely repaired and looks better than ever! They were so professional and kind, and really went above and beyond to get everything working properly. They are the literal best. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Travis and his crew gave me World class service on replacing a sewer line and installing a tankless water heater. They were prompt and extremely fair. Austin and Gus came in and knocked it out of the park. They cleaned up and made sure everything was better than it was before they left. Before leaving they even put my trash cans up. Victory Plumbing came out to drain our hot water heater and found that we had a regulator going bad which produced low water pressure. I told them we had a policy on our lines and Jeff said we should check with our policy to see if it would cover to fix it. It did and saved us close to $700. Unfortunately, Victory was not on their list to use, but we will definitely use Victory for any other issues that pop up. Thank you

Jeff and Paul came on time to give an estimate on a new gas line. I approved, and they did the work right then!
I mentioned the poor water pressure here, so Paul checked it, and Jeff explained the process and pricing. That's next, and I'm happy to say I'll be pleased to have them back to do that job.

Top notch service completed on time and within budget.
Jeff and Eric arrived on time for an appointment last week to investigate two plumbing issues. They quickly discovered the issue and explained the needed repairs. We scheduled a follow up and again, they arrived on time, completed the work, fixed another faucet AND installed a tankless water heater! Both men were professional and polite and took their time to make sure I understood everything because I am not plumbing proficient by any means. I will never consider any other company! I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Eric and of course Travis. HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

This is my second time using Victory Plumbing. Last week, Eric and Jeff arrived to look at a bathroom sink. The hot water just would not turn all the way off, a slow stream of water. The explained the issue and checked a few more things. Found the issue (a broken water pressure regulator) and explained why it was causing the issue. Today they returned to replace the regulator, replace my water heater with a tankless one!! and also fixed my kitchen faucet! I was impressed the first time I used them, but now, I'm even more impressed. They were very polite, explained everything in a way that I understood it. I have had many plumbing issues and as many plumbing companies and I will never use anyone else. I've recommended them to everyone. Also, didn't hurt they filled out the paperwork for a rebate!

Victory Plumbing did a perfect job replacing our water heater. Travis clearly explained our options of traditional water heater or tankless. He stated the benefits and costs of each. He helped us complete the paperwork for a rebate before he left. The whole process took less than one day and they took away all the trash and the old tank. They even took time to install foam insulation to prevent freezing. We highly recommend Victory Plumbing!

Jeff and Eric came to our house and changed a wax ring and installed a kitchen faucet for us. They were professional and friendly and were done in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend them and Victory for your plumbing needs. It took a few days to get into their schedule, but it wasn’t an emergency and was well worth the wait. After they were done, Jeff was cleaning the water off of the kitchen bar. I told him I would take care of that and he said it is their policy to clean up their mess. Professional and courteous.

So, I called when I needed a plumber again. He sent Jeff and Eric to install a Rinnai tankless water heater on 12/12/23. They were fast, professional, and timely!

Martin came on 11/10/23 for a plumbing issue for the master bath toilet. He did a great job explaining the issue and fixed the toilet in a short time and got it working again. I appreciate him taking the time to explain the issue and for being professional.

We just got back from vacation with no hot water on Sunday, so we called Victory since we used them in the past and they have ALWAYS done an excellent job. Unfortunately they were booked up for the whole week but would notify us if they had a cancellation. Since this was and urgent situation we called Arrow Plumbing and they said they could come Monday between 10:00 - 12:00, and they never showed up. Travis @ Victory had texted earlier and said he could come between 3-5 but my husband said we already had someone coming. Well since they didn’t show, my husband called Travis and he came. It was a quick and easy fix. As usual, they were great. We are getting ready to have future plumbing needs, and even though we had called another company for this immediate need (which they didn’t show) we were still going to call Victory for our future needs, and this just sealed it. I just wanted to express how much I appreciated Travis and his team over the last few days working on replacing my sewer! When I was informed I had to replace my sewer line, I contacted Travis. He came out the same day and assessed my issue. First thing that evening, he provide an estimate and provided information regarding a rebate I was eligible for. Today my hot water tank decided to burst on the coldest day of the year. I called Travis at 5:12pm and he and Jeff were at my home removing the old tank and installing the new tank. By 7:08pm I had a new tank installed and hot water.

I had a leak under my sink that turned into a nightmare (thanks to an 85-year-old fixer-upper we just purchased - see the picture of pipe..lol). He not only squeezed us in ahead of schedule, but when the major problem was discovered under our house (which by the way we have a very small crawl space under our house and they were able to fit underneath - thank goodness), he was able to re-adjust his schedule to get our new problem taken care of and was honest and beyond fair with his pricing! I 100% recommend Victory Plumbing!
