Travis came to the house fast, even with 8 inches of snow on the ground. He quickly diagnosed what I needed to repair a burst pipe, then he fixed it and was on his way. Price was reasonable too. I will definitely use Victory Plumbing next time I have a problem.

Technicians were very professional. I received a courtesy call that they could arrive earlier than scheduled which worked great for me! Victory did the plumbing on our remodel last year. Awesome job and made sure we were happy. That’s why we used them for repairs. Eric was who came out this time. Very nice and professional and had our issues fixed quickly. Worked on three faucets.

Eric and Mason did a great job. They explained everything they were doing, were upfront about cost, and even let my kids ask them one hundred questions. They were prompt and kept at it until the problem was resolved.

Toilet was leaking water after flushing, replaced flange (it was never sealed in place, broken) and wax ring.

The workers were very polite and checked their work to make sure it was correct. They clean the area up and left the area clean and orderly. Will definitely use Victory plumbing again.

Jeff and Eric arrived on time for an appointment last week to investigate two plumbing issues. They quickly discovered the issue and explained the needed repairs. We scheduled a follow up and again, they arrived on time, completed the work, fixed another faucet AND installed a tankless water heater! Both men were professional and polite and took their time to make sure I understood everything because I am not plumbing proficient by any means. I will never consider any other company! I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Eric and of course Travis. HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Today my hot water tank decided to burst on the coldest day of the year. I called Travis at 5:12pm and he and Jeff were at my home removing the old tank and installing the new tank. By 7:08pm I had a new tank installed and hot water.

I had a leak under my sink that turned into a nightmare (thanks to an 85-year-old fixer-upper we just purchased - see the picture of pipe..lol). He not only squeezed us in ahead of schedule, but when the major problem was discovered under our house (which by the way we have a very small crawl space under our house and they were able to fit underneath - thank goodness), he was able to re-adjust his schedule to get our new problem taken care of and was honest and beyond fair with his pricing! I 100% recommend Victory Plumbing!

Very pleased with Victory's service. They arrived on time and worked quickly. Underneath my kitchen sink where they were working was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They thoroughly fixed an issue that another company had just been applying band-aids to and making the problem worse. Highly recommend.
