Jeff and Eric arrived on time for an appointment last week to investigate two plumbing issues. They quickly discovered the issue and explained the needed repairs. I had a leak under my sink that turned into a nightmare (thanks to an 85-year-old fixer-upper we just purchased - see the picture of pipe..lol). He not only squeezed us in ahead of schedule, but when the major problem was discovered under our house (which by the way we have a very small crawl space under our house and they were able to fit underneath - thank goodness), he was able to re-adjust his schedule to get our new problem taken care of and was honest and beyond fair with his pricing!
