Eric and Mason came on time and figured out what needed to be done for my toilet that keep running. They were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with answering my questions. They even fixed a couple of things like cleaning out my drain and cleaning out my faucet cover in the main bathroom. They even helped right and wrong that was done by a plumber from Ray Lusk. I would never recommend them since they did such a lousy job for me. Eric and Mason said they want to treat all their customers as if they were family. Drop the mic. I will never use anyone but them.

They not only repaired the faucet but also replaced the leaky shower head and installed a brand new sink faucet. They did an amazing job. My bathtub is completely repaired and looks better than ever! They were so professional and kind, and really went above and beyond to get everything working properly. They are the literal best. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Victory Plumbing came out to drain our hot water heater and found that we had a regulator going bad which produced low water pressure. I told them we had a policy on our lines and Jeff said we should check with our policy to see if it would cover to fix it. It did and saved us close to $700. Unfortunately, Victory was not on their list to use, but we will definitely use Victory for any other issues that pop up. Thank you

Jeff and Eric arrived on time for an appointment last week to investigate two plumbing issues. They quickly discovered the issue and explained the needed repairs. We scheduled a follow up and again, they arrived on time, completed the work, fixed another faucet AND installed a tankless water heater! Today my hot water tank decided to burst on the coldest day of the year. I called Travis at 5:12pm and he and Jeff were at my home removing the old tank and installing the new tank. By 7:08pm I had a new tank installed and hot water.

I had a leak under my sink that turned into a nightmare (thanks to an 85-year-old fixer-upper we just purchased - see the picture of pipe..lol). He not only squeezed us in ahead of schedule, but when the major problem was discovered under our house (which by the way we have a very small crawl space under our house and they were able to fit underneath - thank goodness), he was able to re-adjust his schedule to get our new problem taken care of and was honest and beyond fair with his pricing!
